This Privacy Policy describes how Tellinga LLC ("we", "us") handles information in connection with RabbleRouser (the "App"). We've written it in plain language. By using the App you agree to this policy.
Age requirement
You must be 13 or older to use RabbleRouser. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, email us and we will delete it.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run the game:
- Email address (for your account and waitlist)
- Username and profile details you provide
- Game data (rosters, lineups, trades, league activity)
- Basic usage data (how you interact with the App)
How we use your information
We use your information to operate the App, run your leagues, calculate scoring, communicate with you, and improve the experience. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
Cookies & tracking
We only use cookies and storage that are necessary to run the App — for example, keeping you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or sell tracking data.
Third-party services
We rely on a small number of trusted providers to operate the App:
- Supabase — secure database, authentication, and storage for your account and game data.
- Congress.gov — public legislative records used to generate scoring events.
- GovTrack — public voting and bill data used to generate scoring events.
Politician scoring data comes exclusively from public records and public sources.
Data retention
We keep your account and game data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain limited records to comply with the law. Waitlist emails are kept until you ask us to remove them or the waitlist is retired.
Your rights
You are always in control of your data:
- Delete your account — open Profile in the App and choose "Delete account", or email us and we'll handle it.
- Export your data — email support@rabblerouser.ai and we'll send you a copy of your personal data.
