Age requirement

You must be 13 or older to create an account or use RabbleRouser. By using the App you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Entertainment only

RabbleRouser is a fantasy game for entertainment purposes only. It does not provide political advice and is not affiliated with any candidate, campaign, party, or government body.

Strictly non-partisan

RabbleRouser is strictly non-partisan and takes no political positions, ever. All politician data is public information drawn from public sources, and scoring reflects activity, not endorsement.

No real money wagering

The App does not offer, facilitate, or permit real money wagering or gambling of any kind.

User conduct

To keep RabbleRouser fun for everyone, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or bully other users
• Post hate speech or discriminatory content
• Spam, advertise, or post misleading content
• Attempt to disrupt, hack, or abuse the App or its scoring

Account termination

We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms or our user conduct rules, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time from the App.

Intellectual property

The RabbleRouser name, logo, design, software, and all related content are owned by Tellinga LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without our written permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scoring data will always be accurate or complete.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tellinga LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim.

Dispute resolution & governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at support@rabblerouser.ai so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
